Dr. Crotty is a native of Okmulgee. She studied pre-med at the University of Oklahoma and received her degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. After a two year surgical residency specializing in the care of the foot and ankle, at Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh, PA, she returned to Oklahoma and began Green Country Podiatry Center in 1983. Dr. Crotty is a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons and Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Crotty served as President of Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association from 1987-1988.

Dr. David A. Francis obtained his pre-medical education at the University of Michigan and Wayne State University. He enrolled at Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated Valedictorian of his class receiving his degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. After completion of a two year surgical residency at Hillcrest Health Center, in Oklahoma City, he joined Green Country Podiatry Center in Tulsa. Dr. Francis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
While in residency, Dr. Francis completed research on Absorbable Internal Fixation Devices and completed courses on Neuro-Vascular Micro Surgery and Arthroscopic Surgery. He has lectured on a variety of topics, and was instrumental in setting up the foot clinic at the Day Center for the Homeless in 2003.
Dr. Francis served as president of the Oklahoma Podiatric Medical Association from 1997-1999. Dr. Francis is committed to providing the best possible foot care for our patients. Dr. Finkenstaedt is a native of Edmond, and attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for his undergraduate training in pre-med. He graduated magna cum laude from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. He remained in Chicago for two additional years of residency getting his podiatric surgical training at Edgewater Medical Center. Dr. Finkenstaedt is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Finkenstaedt joined Green Country Podiatry Center in January 1999 to provide the Greater Tulsa area with the finest in foot and ankle care. He served as the Chief of Podiatry at Tulsa Regional Medical Center from 2002-2005, and as the Chief of Podiatry at St. John Medical Center in 2006-2007.
